OTC and primary care reps used the VMobile tablet solution, translated in Russian, to record all customer interactions and seamlessly synchronize with minimal sync times. Communicating with reps across Russia was a significant challenge for a major global pharmaceutical company. The organization has over 600 reps across two business units spread over Russia's nine time zones. Reps from each business unit used different technologies.

There were miscommunications resulting in high operational costs.

Mavens Approach

Mavens consolidated functionality from both the primary care and OTC teams. We managed the data migration process from the disparate systems into Veeva and implemented Veeva's VMobile solution. Mavens also worked hand in hand with Veeva Product Management to lead the translation effort of VMobile into Russian.
