JANE DOE", yet I want my cover letter to merge these fields( ) to look like: "Ms. Jane Doe"
Use mergefields and SWITCHES to switch your letters to lower case, then use another to raise the first letter of each...

{ \*Lower \*FirstCap}

Nice eh?
There's so much more... thanks www.gmayor.com!
-tjb
#Drawloop #mergefields #switch

Be very deliberate when setting up hierarchies of Data Categories. Once you've set up a Category, you cannot change its Parent. This is not available as an Action and you may not delete the Category to recreate it in a different place in the hierarchy.
Once you delete a Category, you cannot recreate it with the same name. #knowledge
